Have you ever felt the pull of something, but were unclear what that call was and where it was directing you? If you are feeling that invisible pull, if you are sensing that you are being called into an even greater level of consciousness or service, then Conscious Conversations may be for you.
For many of us, that pull is something we call Spirit. Spirit is more than an invisible friend leaving a trail of breadcrumbs. Rather it is more like a “still small voice” struggling to be heard against the distractions of every day life. Due to a variety of factors – biological, psychological, neurological to name a few – it is all too easy to become numb to most of what is going on in life. When we speak and listen, we often do so unconsciously.
Conscious Conversations starts from the premise that awareness – presence – itself creates breakthroughs for people. Awareness is one of those curious phenomena that seem to expand with each new awareness – the more aware you become, the more aware you can become.
With greater awareness comes greater choice – we have all missed turns in the road that were there, we just didn't see them; we have all had that inner voice quietly telling us which way to go, we just didn't listen. Call it mindfulness, consciousness, or simply being in the now – when we are fully present, we begin to see things that were always there, but not clearly visible; to hear things that were always there, but not quite audible.
How often has your mind blocked you from knowing, seeing or hearing inner direction? We invite you to join our vision on the ground floor, co-creating a next generation collaborative community that reflects higher levels of consciousness.
You will have the opportunity to:
A two and one-half day guided co-creation with a maximum of 15 people.

Russell has been a pioneer since the early days of the personal and professional development movement, helping people Make Differences Worth Making. He is fond of saying that he likes to help people get what they think they want as fast as possible so he can ask, “Was that it?” Russell believes that transformation is more about understanding WHY something is important to you rather than the goal itself.
In the late 1970's, Russell teamed up with his Spiritual teacher, John-Roger, to create Insight Seminars, blending personal and spiritual awareness to help people deal with the deeper, more heart-felt aspects of leading a more fulfilling life. In addition to his best selling book, Workarounds That Work: How to Conquer Anything That Stands in Your Way at Work, Russell has authored over 200 articles in such leading publications as The New York Times, Forbes, Strategy & Business, Crain's, The Huffington Post, and Psychology Today.

“Conscious Conversations was an amazing experience with a small group of people who were willing to be vulnerable and dive into uncharted waters. The brilliant coaching, wisdom and guidance Russell Bishop and Ed Gurowitz provided to each of us throughout the weekend was nothing short of brilliant. I came away with priceless clarity, growth and healing ~ these are gifts you cannot buy, but rather gifts you receive when you invest in yourself.”
— Karen Moore, Spiritual Psychologist
“I came to realize that there is a side to who I am that I have not been too aware of – that is my Spiritual side – through the support and guidance of my fellow participants, Conscious Conversations helped me open my eyes. I am committed to developing myself as a Soul that has somehow been launched in a body to facilitate my journey on this earth. There are many more steps to take and I am very grateful to have been given the opportunity to move forward on this journey.”
— Torsten Gunnarson, Senior Partner, VIK-ING Business Development Malmö, Sweden
“I felt like I landed someplace where there was a spiritual openness that touched me in a way that was very real. I can’t really explain it but I don’t have to understand it either. I can’t write this down and explain the words, and yet, it’s just there. I felt even more that Spirit and Being is important for me to be free. I am starting to trust my inner Spirit that makes me feel confident in myself. I am who I am, and I am proud of it, and that makes me feel good, and that will bring good to the world.”
— Ingrid Gunnarson, Partner and Consultant Persolog Sverige, Dale Carnegie Trainer, Malmö, Sweden

“CC was one of the most unstructured yet purposeful and useful meetings I could ever imagine attending. CC was one of the best uses of my time ever due to value received and potential for true community; we were a group that started out as us and ended up at we – and it's rare to even get to us.”

— Dominic Turnbull, The McLane Group (UK Management Consulting Company)
